Maximum shipping charge is $5.00.

For example, if you order 3 CDs and 2 cassettes, shipping cost is $5.00:
$2.75 (1st CD) + $1 (2nd CD) + $0.50 (3rd CD) + $0.50 (1st CASS) + $0.50 (2nd CASS) = $5.25
$5.25 is greater than $5.00, but only $5.00 is charged for shipping.
