A Note to our Highly Esteemed Customers
regarding Shipping Charges

Since michaelknott.com began offering credit card orders via PayPal, many orders have been placed without paying for Shipping Charges. In an effort to provide value, michaelknott.com does not impose a flat shipping fee for all orders. That is, a single-item order has a different shipping rate than a multiple-item order.

Until PayPal offers "shopping cart" service to its users, shipping costs cannot be automatically added to orders. Customers must click a button for each desired item, and then one additional button for shipping charge.

Please note that we cannot afford to ship your orders free of shipping cost. If shipping cost is not paid, your order will be delayed until such time as it is paid.

How to Order by Credit Card:

  • STEP ONE: Click a "BUY NOW" button for EACH desired item.
  • STEP TWO: Click ONE button for the appropriate shipping cost to USA or CANADA.

    Shipping Charge explanation

    For orders within the United States and Canada, please add:
    $2.75 for the first item.
    $1.00 more for the second item.
    $0.50 more for each additional item.
    Maximum shipping charge to USA or CANADA is $5.00.
    Add $2.00 to all international shipping charges.

    For example, if you order 3 CDs and 2 cassettes, shipping cost to USA or CANADA is $5.00:

    $2.75 (1st CD) + $1 (2nd CD) + $0.50 (3rd CD) + $0.50 (1st CASS) + $0.50 (2nd CASS)
    This total equals $5.25, but the amount charged is $5.00

    International customers, please add $2 per order.

  • Well-concealed cash

    Canadian/International customers:

    Only US funds are accepted; we apologize for the inconvenience.
    Postal Money Orders are preferred, but well-concealed US cash is also acceptable.
    International credit card orders are now accepted via PayPal.
